**Marketing Specialist - Google Ads, Website Design (WordPress), SEOAbout Us**:
24Seven Rent A Car is a rapidly growing car rental company dedicated to delivering outstanding service and leveraging digital marketing strategies to expand our reach. We are looking for a results-driven **Marketing Specialist** with expertise in **Google Ads, Website Design (WordPress preferred), and SEO** to enhance our online presence and drive customer engagement. This is a **remote** position offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Google Ads & PPC Campaigns**: Plan, execute, and optimize **Google Ads campaigns** to maximize conversions and ROI.
- **Website Management (WordPress Preferred)**: Maintain, update, and enhance our **WordPress website**, ensuring a seamless user experience and optimized performance.
- **SEO Strategy & Implementation**: Develop and execute **SEO strategies** to improve search rankings, organic traffic, and overall website visibility.
- **Content Optimization**: Ensure all website content is SEO-friendly, engaging, and aligned with our brand strategy.
- **Performance Tracking & Analytics**: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using **Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tracking tools**.
- **Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**: Implement A/B testing, landing page improvements, and other CRO techniques to enhance lead generation.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams to align digital marketing efforts with business goals and promotional campaigns.
- **Reporting & Recommendations**: Provide regular reports on website traffic, ad performance, and SEO improvements, with actionable insights for growth.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience** managing and optimizing **Google Ads campaigns** (Search, Display, and Retargeting).
- **WordPress expertise**, including website updates, plugin management, and troubleshooting.
- Strong **SEO knowledge**, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
- Experience with **Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools**.
- Ability to create **landing pages** and optimize them for conversions.
- Familiarity with **graphic design tools** (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to assess digital marketing performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ability to work **independently** with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong **written and verbal communication** skills in English.
- Minimum **1 year** of relevant experience in **Google Ads, SEO, and WordPress website management**.
