We're looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and curious SP&A Specialist to join our high-performing Finance team. You'll play a key role in building the data foundations that drive Rappi's growth story across Latin America.

Como Parte De Rappi, Serás Responsable De
Turn Data into Insights

  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to track key business and financial metrics.
  • Support monthly and quarterly performance reviews, providing data-driven perspectives on results and opportunities.
  • Dive deep into trends and variances to understand what's driving the business — and what can be improved.

Support Planning and Forecasting

  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis for multiple business units.
  • Partner with senior analysts and managers to translate data into recommendations for action.
  • Help ensure that all financial and operational planning processes are consistent, scalable, and efficient.

Collaborate and Learn Across Teams

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Product, and Finance) to align priorities and identify growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to strategic projects that drive efficiency, profitability, and scalability.
  • Learn to connect numbers to strategy — becoming a trusted partner to business leaders.

Bien y ahora, ¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?

  • 3+ years of experience in strategic finance, consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or FP&A teams at tech companies.
  • Strong analytical and business judgment skills.
  • Proven ability to manage performance tracking, forecast models, and resource allocation frameworks.
  • Experience with SQL or data tools is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to turn insights into action.
  • Bilingual (English + Spanish) Portuguese a plus.
