Responsable de renovaciones para Colombia y Ecuador. Debe revisar las bases de servicios contratados a terceros, en el ámbito de soportes, para asegurar la renovación y upgrade de tipo de soporte con las marcas. Trabaja con cada AM para tener SNOP y estrategia definida con el partner
Responsable de conocer los programas de incentivos de los partners - principalmente CISCO- para acompañar a los clientes en la postventa y en la adopción de las soluciones, se asegura de obtener los incentivos conforme a la metodología de cada partner
**Qualificações**
Iexperiência deseable de al menos 2 años en el rubro, familiarizado con tecnología, particularmente con soluciones Cisco y programas de incentivos y rebates, sea que proviene de alguna marca, integrador o bien SP
Ingeniero civil o en ejecución informático o de comunicaciones, electricidad, industrial o similar
