SP&A Specialist Location: Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia Employer: Rappi Technology Colombia Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Other Industries: Technology, Information and Media Overview The Strategy, Planning & Analytics Consumer Specialist within the Strategy team is responsible for the design and execution of Rappi’s highest impact initiatives with our Consumer/ Growth team. The role sets quarterly targets, controls performance metrics on a weekly basis, helps operational teams set plans to hit the metrics, and leads cross‑functional projects aimed at improving the performance of key initiatives. Responsibilities Set quarterly targets for the Consumer team. Understand changes in spend efficiency and reasons for user behavior change. Generate insights for new initiatives and tests. Coordinate the execution and monitoring of core Growth initiatives with cross‑functional teams. Control spend and efficiency of key initiatives. Identify key stakeholders to drive initiatives forward and establish corresponding agreements between different areas. Identify execution risks and find resources in the company to unblock projects. Work closely with Pro, Growth, Operations, Customer Support, Product and Data teams for insights that help teams reach targets faster. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 1.5 years of experience in consulting or similar (preferably MBB) or 3 years in other industries; investment banking, VC experience and financial planning experience are also encouraged. Extensive project management and leadership skills, including diagnosis, design and execution of diverse projects. Experience with the design and execution of data analysis and leading with data‑driven decision making. Experience interacting with multiple stakeholders and managing conflicting priorities and timelines. Thrives working in a very fast paced, rapidly evolving, performance‑driven environment. Exceptional problem‑solving skills; comfortable working in changing environments and dealing with highly complex business challenges. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, including presentations and other mediums to communicate complex ideas. Curiosity to learn and work in the start‑up/tech world of LatAm. Exceptionally strong Excel modeling knowledge. SQL skills are a plus; eagerness to learn a must. Proficient English skills (Spanish and Portuguese are plus).
