What You'll Do
As a
Customer Service Specialist
, you'll play a key role in elevating our post-sales experience:
- Support daily
ASP and Service Team
operations. - Manage and resolve
customer cases
following ASUS standards. - Build and maintain
strong relationships
with customer accounts. - Analyze and track
service KPIs
to boost performance. - Audit and improve
service processes
. - Lead projects that enhance
customer satisfaction
. - Provide
technical support
to engineers and connect with our factory teams to ensure the best results.
What We're Looking For
- Passion for
Customer Service
and understanding client needs. - A
student or recent graduate
in Technology, Engineering, or a related field. - Proactive
, communicative, and team-oriented. - Detail-focused, adaptable, and solution-driven.
- Strong skills in
Excel and Office tools
. - Fluent English
(spoken and written). - A love for
technology
and continuous learning.
