About the Client:
We are a seasoned social media marketing agency in the process of building robust systems and standard operating procedures (SOP's) to produce content for our new clients. Our clients' core offering is a digital service, not a physical product, in the consumer health technology space. We're looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our small, but mighty team to help us build online presence for our clients from the ground up, with the ultimate goal of driving business growth.
About the Role:
We are seeking a multi-talented Virtual Assistant to help launch two (2) new private label brands from existing consumer health technology applications. This hybrid role involves a mixture of administrative and sales duties – from aggregating data from social media and other online platforms to generate text-based content to engaging with public-facing comments, private DM's and client interactions. You will manage client interactions by handling payment processing, providing post-sales customer care, and fielding success testimonials. The ideal candidate has experience in data research and administration, is knowledgeable with terminology in the fields of social media, audiovisual production, and energy work. You are comfortable with social media engagement and are well-versed in prompt engineering to generate SEO'd content. Your primary role will be to communicate and deliver tasks almost exclusively via written text. Join us to be a key player in building our systems and driving company growth from Day 1.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be a Social Media Content Administrator and Client Relationship Manager who is comfortable with a variety of tasks. Your main duties will include:
- Content Research:
- Conduct data research and aggregate findings from social media and other online platforms into documents and spreadsheets.
- Manage and organize documents and spreadsheets data per production schedules.
- Assist with other related administrative duties as needed to support the brands' launch and daily operations.
- Generate SEO'd Content:
- Video Transcripts
- Newsletters
- Web Copy
- Public Comments
- Sales & Client Support:
- Funnel sales through public comments, DM's, and emails.
- Manage payment processing to receive payments or issue refunds from clients.
- Coordinate with brand owners to deliver or deactivate the digital service to clients.
- Coordinate with agency owners on proper comments and remarks in response to client inquiries.
- Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and acquire success testimonials.
Qualifications & Skills
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful individual who can grow with the company. The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong administrative background with experience in data research and organization.
- A good understanding of prompt engineering (e.g. using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to SEO pre-production phase video transcripts to funnel-based copy.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills – primarily in English with bilingual Spanish fluency for future growth – involving social media and energy work terminology for internal communications.
- Precise and kind written communication skills to interact with public-facing clients in the field of energy work.
- Experience with social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok ,Reddit and YouTube.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within project timelines.
- A multicultural perspective to engage with the diverse strata of life and the ability to work with an international audience.
- Experience in digital product delivery and audiovisual production is a plus.
