Digital Content & Graphic Design Specialist
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and organized individual to take the lead on the visual execution and digital content management of our assigned channels. This role is ideal for someone with strong graphic design skills (intermediate to advanced), who is comfortable working within established brand guidelines and visual systems — but who also brings fresh ideas to the table when needed.
You won't be starting from scratch. The marketing team will provide content calendars, campaign objectives, and creative direction. Your main responsibility will be to bring that vision to life by designing compelling visuals, adapting content for multiple platforms, and helping with light community management. You'll also be the gatekeeper of the brand's visual identity across digital touchpoints like social media, website, presentations, and downloadable assets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Design & Content Execution (Main Focus):
- Design graphics for social media: posts, carousels, stories, ads, and other digital formats.
- Translate briefs and marketing guidelines into clear and consistent visual pieces.
- Organize and manage design assets in Figma, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
- Ensure consistent application of the brand guide across all materials (social, web, presentations, PDFs, brochures, etc.).
- Create support materials like decks, guides, one-pagers, or marketing collateral as needed.
- Content Management & Social Media Support:
- Work from an existing content calendar to ensure timely delivery of all visual assets.
- Adapt content formats, sizes, and versions for each platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Assist with basic social media tasks: comment review, message responses, and flagging escalations according to set protocols.
Collaboration with the Marketing Team:
- Coordinate with the strategy team to understand campaign goals, key messages, and priorities.
- Participate in feedback sessions to improve design performance and brand impact.
- Occasionally assist with light video editing or basic animations for reels, stories, or short-form video content.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years of experience in graphic design for digital environments and social media.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Canva.
- Updated portfolio with examples of social media graphics, branding applications, and digital assets.
- Working knowledge of content best practices for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
- Intermediate to advanced English (reading, understanding briefs, responding to feedback, basic communication).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across platforms.
- Ability to work with clear direction and deliver polished content on time.
- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience or interest in industries like services, real estate, hospitality, or similar.
- Basic skills in video editing and animation (for short content like reels or stories).
- Previous experience working with marketing teams or agencies managing multiple brands/projects.
- Passion for staying up to date with design trends and social media content formats.
