Job Description
  • Installation and maintenance of audio setups across our live casino studios.
  • QA of Ezugi video feeds, with a focus on improving and optimizing audio settings.
  • Optimization of live streams (video, audio, encoder data).
  • Part of an on-call team for emergency troubleshooting.
  • Strict adherence to standards set by the Technical Operations department.
  • Build, installation, and setup of live studios.
  • Setting up gaming tables (camera positioning/angles, connecting equipment such as PCs, scanners, microphones, lights).
  • Working with tools to create custom solutions for studio improvements.
  • Installation, setup, and support of video, sound, lighting, and other studio equipment.
  • Installation and maintenance of cameras, lenses, filters, lights, and related equipment.
  • Supporting live tables with cloth/felt replacements when required.

  • Maintain up-to-date Technical Operations inventory, including:
  • Video / Lighting equipment
  • Audio equipment
  • Gaming table hardware (scanners, cables, brackets)
  • Hardware for roulette / shuffle machines
Qualifications
  • 1+ years' experience in installing and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows OS
  • experience with FortiGates and Cisco - network equipment .
  • experiencing running and terminating cable, such as Cat6, Cat5 etc
  • Theoretical and practical knowledge of audio equipment (through formal education or as a hobby).
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills.
  • High sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team.
  • Project and time management skills.
  • Experience and knowledge of video streams and encoders.
  • Industry experience in sports betting or iGaming/online casinos.
  • Hands-on experience with technical equipment and knowledge of electrical engineering.
  • Experience working with international teams.
  • Advanced English level.
