We are seeking a GTM Operations Engineer (Hybrid -Medellin) to join a leading cybersecurity scale-up client that's redefining how companies protect themselves from bots, fraud, and automated threats. Their technology is trusted by major global brands and high-traffic platforms, and they're known for combining cutting-edge security innovation with an engineering-driven culture.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain integrations across marketing, sales, and product platforms (CRM, automation, analytics).
  • Develop scalable workflows and automation to support marketing campaigns and account-based strategies.
  • Run experiments to test new growth strategies and use data analysis to identify bottlenecks and improve customer acquisition cost (CAC).
  • Partner with marketing and sales to ensure technical systems enable efficient lead management and customer engagement.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, maintain system documentation, and ensure data integrity across platforms.
  • Evaluate and implement new tools to improve marketing's technical capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical background with experience in CRM/automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and APIs.
  • Experience with system integrations, workflow automation, and technical troubleshooting. Proficiency with tools such as Clay, Zapier, and other low-code, no-code tools is preferred.
  • Ability to translate marketing needs into technical solutions.
  • Process-driven with attention to scalability and efficiency.
  • Very high proficiency of English
