Assistant Case Manager
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM MST
Work Arrangement: On site - Medellín, Bogotá, Cali, Bucaramanga, Barranquilla

Position Overview
Seeking an Assistant Case Manager to support case operations by coordinating documentation, communicating with law firms and medical offices, and assisting with daily case management tasks. This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of experience in a legal or medical environment who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, case-driven setting. Experience in litigation or personal injury (PI) is a nice to have.
Responsibilities
• Assist Case Managers with the daily management of personal injury cases.
• Collect, review, and organize case-related documentation (medical records, billing, liens, case updates, etc.).
• Communicate with law firms, medical providers, and internal teams to obtain missing information and provide status updates.
• Track case progress and ensure files are accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Enter and maintain case data in internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
• Follow up on outstanding requests and deadlines.
• Support funding and approval processes as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
Skills
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a legal as a case manager or assistant case manager, medical related role.
• Familiarity with personal injury cases, medical documentation, or legal workflows preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or case management systems.
• Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
