Airbnb Property Manager and House Cleaner

Location: Medellin, Colombia

We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and trustworthy person to manage and clean a private Airbnb property in Medellin. This role combines housekeeping, guest support, basic property management, and preparing simple breakfasts for guests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and preparing the house between guest stays
  • Managing guest check ins and check outs
  • Communicating with guests in good English
  • Preparing breakfasts for guests when required
  • Making sure the home is always in excellent condition
  • Handling basic restocking and reporting maintenance issues
  • Being friendly, professional, and guest focused at all times

Requirements:

  • Must live in Medellin
  • Must speak good English
  • Must be responsible, organized, and trustworthy
  • Must be comfortable working independently
  • Must be able to prepare simple breakfasts
  • Hospitality, Airbnb, hotel, or cleaning experience is a big plus
  • Background check required due to property access
