Event and Project Manager

Objective:

Plan, coordinate, and execute all marketing events and content projects across the group. Connect AV production, graphic design, social media, ads teams, and stakeholders to ensure structured processes, timely delivery, and measurable business results in reach, engagement, leads, and sign ups.

Key Responsibilities:


•      Plan and manage end to end events and content projects (podcasts, webinars, shorts, live events, promos).


•      Maintain a multi brand calendar of events, campaigns, and deliverables.


•      Prepare briefs outlining objectives, audience, messages, formats, timelines, and budget.


•      Coordinate logistics (speakers, locations, schedules, technical needs).


•      Run post event reviews including performance and improvement actions.


•      Coordinate with AV team (raw content, editing, podcasts, shorts) to produce final material.


•      Work with designers to request, brief, and approve all visual assets.


•      Manage the content approval chain with Rana.


•      Package content for Ads use in SAT-ART and other channels.


•      Ensure accurate delivery of content for all brands.


•      Maintain organized libraries and documentation in Jira, Confluence, or shared drives.


•      Act as the operational link between Business team, SAT-ART, AV team, designers, Social Media, and external partners.


•      Lead weekly coordination meetings and share the weekly activity agenda per brand.


•      Communicate progress, blockers, and needs clearly and on time.


•      Produce weekly reports summarizing executed projects, published content, and results vs objectives.


•      Track budgets for events and production, coordinate with Finance.


•      Ensure all tasks and projects are updated in Jira or equivalent tools.

Qualifications:

·      Minimum 2 years in marketing project management, event management, or content operations.

·      Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent experience.

·      Advanced English and Spanish required. Other languages are a plus.

·      Experience with Jira or similar tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Monday).

·      Confluence or similar documentation tools.

·      Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.

·      Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn publishing.

·      Canva or similar for simple creative adjustments.

·      Comfort with Zoom, Google Meet.

·      Basic knowledge of paid media workflows and metrics.

·      CRM or marketing automation experience is a plus.

·      Strong organization and project management across multiple brands.

·      Excellent communication across cultures and time zones.

·      Detail oriented with structured process mindset.

·      Problem solving and ownership.

Added Advantage:

·      Previous work experience in forex or finance trading industry

·      Strong awareness of market trends, emerging technologies, and new finTech products and business model
