As the Administration Specialist at
New Beginnings Global
, you will oversee the daily operations of the company's facilities to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment.

Experience

  • Advanced English is mandatory
  • Proven experience in Facility Management (FM) and property operations, ensuring proper maintenance of buildings, equipment, and services.
  • Strong administrative and budgeting skills, with the ability to plan, allocate, and oversee resources effectively.
  • Coordinating resources, managing property maintenance, supervising facility services, and ensuring compliance with operational standards
  • Handle budget planning, vendor management, and communication with internal teams and external partners.
  • Supervise cleaning staff and ensure proper completion of tasks.
  • Maintain communication and coordination with floor administration.
  • Manage relationships with entertainment, maintenance, stationery, and food vendors.
  • Provide support and service to clients, as well as internal and external partners.
  • Organize corporate events, celebrations, and birthdays.
  • Manage purchasing and supplies for stationery, food, cleaning, kitchen items, and office furniture.
  • Handle payment of services.
  • Manage confidential files and documentation.
