What we are looking for:

We're looking for a
Workday System Specialist
to join our team In this role, you'll support and optimize Workday across multiple modules, ensuring data integrity and delivering a seamless user experience. If you enjoy solving complex problems and thrive in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What you will be doing:

  • Maintain and configure Workday modules (Core HCM, Recruiting, Performance, Compensation, Benefits, Absence).
  • Provide Level 1 support and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Conduct data audits and ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT for process improvements.
  • Create and deliver custom reports based on business needs.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of hands-on Workday experience.
  • Strong English communication skills (B2+).
  • Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • HR experience and knowledge of compliance and data privacy.
