ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a dynamic VP of Client Success / Account Management to drive client growth and strengthen key partnerships. This person will not only manage strategic accounts but also lead a team of Account Managers, ensuring both business and people growth.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Account Managers, fostering professional growth and high performance;
- Own the relationship with key clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and account expansion;
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within existing accounts;
- Partner closely with Delivery, Recruiting, and Executive teams to ensure alignment and project success;
- Oversee account performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement;
- Travel to the U.S. quarterly to meet clients and strengthen relationships.
- 5+ years of experience managing client relationships in the IT or software development industry;
- Prior experience leading a team of Account Managers or similar roles;
- Advanced English (written and spoken);
- Strong technical understanding of software development and technology (hands-on experience in the past is a big plus);
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills;
- Valid U.S. Visa and availability to travel once per quarter.
