About the Role:

We are seeking a Full-Time Virtual Account Manager to assume total responsibility for client oversight and satisfaction. This is a critical client-facing role that demands proactive engagement and critical thinking. The ideal candidate must solve problems before they escalate, rather than waiting passively for instructions. This role is essential for maintaining client relationships and ensuring the seamless delivery of services and new solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management (Primary Focus)
  • Proactive Oversight: Ensure all client needs are continuously monitored and proactively taken care of, moving beyond just following assigned tasks. The Manager should follow the flow of the business.
  • Pre-Sales Communication: Engage in pre-sale communication with clients, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for new services.
  • Full-Cycle Support: Manage inquiries and communication regarding ongoing services, ensuring support throughout the client journey (pre-sale and post-sale).
  • Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to the firm's services.
2. Quotation, Fulfillment, & Project Support
  • Pricing & Quotations: Obtain necessary pricing from vendors, put quotes together, and send them to clients for approval.
  • Service Coordination: Ensure that services are delivered properly and on time, making sure the correct teams are engaged for installation, configuration, or fulfillment.
  • Light Project Management: Assist with light project management duties, ensuring projects are on track and coordinated.
  • Goal-Oriented Action: Take the initiative to understand the overall scope of work and act independently to get things done.

Qualifications & Skills

Communication & Professionalism
  • English Fluency: English fluency with a neutral accent is required for client-facing communication.
  • Critical Thinking: Must be a critical thinker and problem-solver.
  • Autonomy & Work Ethic: Must demonstrate a high level of commitment, autonomy, and a good work ethic; must be able to communicate effectively and be organized.
  • Goal Alignment: Must be dynamic and able to follow the flow of the business and be completely up-to-date from morning meetings onward.
Technical & Experience
  • Industry Experience: Experience in Account Management or Operations is mandatory.
  • Leadership Aptitude: Must have a strong background or ability in leadership, as the role may evolve to managing others.
