We're looking for a motivated
Account Manager
to join our growing team and help nurture and manage key
existing client relationships
across the US and international markets.
This is
not a sales or commission-based role,
it's focused on maintaining and strengthening relationships with our current clients, ensuring they continue to receive the best service and support possible. You'll collaborate closely with our Operations and Customer Success teams to provide an exceptional client experience, handling everything from quoting and order management to long-term relationship maintenance.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain
strong, long-term relationships
with our existing clients and key stakeholders. - Oversee
customer account management
, including quotes, renewals, and contract follow-ups. - Ensure
accuracy and timely communication
throughout the order and delivery process. - Act as a
trusted point of contact
for clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns proactively. - Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and client experience.
Who You Are
- 3–7 years of experience in
Account Management
,
Customer Success
, or
Client Relations
, ideally in the
IT, SaaS, or Tech
sector. - Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). (C1 desired)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused.
- A proactive problem-solver who enjoys building long-term relationships rather than pursuing new sales.
