• Plan, create, and publish content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook,
etc.) in alignment with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate content calendars, campaigns, and launches with regional and global teams.
• Manage copywriting, basic design coordination, and briefing of creative assets.
• Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR) and suggest optimizations.
*Marketing Strategy Support*
• Support the development and execution of local marketing strategies aligned with regional
objectives.
• Assist in campaign planning for seasonal events, launches, and key commercial moments.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer insights to support decision-making.
*Trade Marketing & Retail Marketing Support*
• Provide operational support to the Trade Marketing team for retail activations and campaigns.
• Coordinate marketing materials for retailers (POP, POS displays, signage, flyers, promo
assets).
• Follow up on production, delivery, installation, and maintenance of POS displays.
• Ensure correct brand execution at point of sale (visual standards, messaging, placement).
*Retail & POS Follow-Ups*
• Track and report the status of retail marketing executions across stores and channels.
• Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, and retail partners to ensure timely execution.
• Collect photo evidence and feedback from stores to evaluate implementation quality.
*Cross-Team Coordination*
• Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and external agencies.
• Support internal reporting, presentations, and performance summaries.
• Assist with budget tracking and campaign documentation when required.
*Requirements*
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in consumer electronics, retail, or FMCG.
• Experience managing social media and content creation.
• Understanding of retail marketing and point-of-sale execution.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Intermediate to advanced English is a plus.
