Marketing Automation Specialist – GoHighLevel & HubSpot Expert | Remote | Bilingual Preferred

Role Name: Marketing Automation Specialist

Schedule: Part-time (20 hours per week), flexible schedule during client's business hours (9am to 5pm)

Client Timezone: EST

Client Overview: A growing local SEO agency serving businesses across the United States and Mexico. They're scaling rapidly with new client acquisitions and need technical execution support to maintain their high-quality automation services. The agency specializes in sophisticated marketing workflows and has a diverse client base requiring both English and Spanish marketing solutions.

Job Description: You'll be the technical backbone behind sophisticated marketing automation systems that drive real business results for multiple clients. This role puts you at the center of a growing agency where your expertise in GoHighLevel and HubSpot will directly impact client success and business growth. You'll work closely with the agency owner to execute detailed automation strategies while having the autonomy to troubleshoot and optimize systems for peak performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and configure complex automation workflows in GoHighLevel for multiple client accounts
  • Set up and maintain HubSpot automation systems for internal operations and client partnerships
  • Execute SMS marketing campaigns and automated messaging sequences across platforms
  • Create ticketing systems and internal alert mechanisms to streamline operations
  • Integrate forms with automation platforms ensuring seamless data flow and lead capture
  • Monitor existing workflows for bugs, performance issues, and optimization opportunities
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and make real-time adjustments to maintain system reliability
  • Follow detailed SOPs and instructions while bringing your expertise to improve processes
  • Provide ongoing maintenance and optimization recommendations for automation systems

Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel platform and its automation capabilities
  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot workflows, automation, and integration management
  • Experience with SMS marketing automation and multi-channel campaign execution
  • Knowledge of form integrations, data flow management, and lead routing systems
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail for identifying automation issues
  • Ability to work independently while following detailed instructions and SOPs
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills strongly preferred for Mexican client support
  • Bonus if you have experience with local SEO tools or agency environments
  • It helps if you're comfortable working across multiple client accounts simultaneously
