Through a combination of technology, analytics, and skilled professionals, the company helps clients enhance customer experiences, streamline communication processes, and improve overall business performance.

Our team is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic
Customer Experience Agent
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls from clients, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a positive customer experience in every interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and manage inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance based on client inquiries.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and processes.
  • Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service quality.

Requirements

  • Highly motivated individual with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication skills in
    English
    (both verbal and written).
  • We are looking for someone based in
    Bogota D.C
    even though this role is fully remote
  • Customer-oriented with a genuine interest in helping others.
  • Preferably with previous experience in
    customer service
    or familiarity with customer support environments.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
  • At least
    2 years
    of experience in the field
