Job Description
Kaplan Languages Group (KLG), an international education company, is seeking a B2B Sales Manager for the Brazilian market. This role aims to drive sales growth, maintain strong relationships with partner agencies, and develop new strategic partnerships in Brazil.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the sales market in Brazil.
- Train and support partner agencies to exceed sales targets.
- Implement strategies to increase revenue and develop new accounts.
- Collaborate with the Regional Director of Brazil in defining goals and priorities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Represent the company at industry fairs and events.
- Coordinate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure excellent partner and client support.
Candidate Profile:
- University degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, Management, or Tourism).
- Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, ideally in the education or travel sectors.
- Advanced English and Portuguese proficiency.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, travel, and manage multiple tasks.
- Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office.
