Join our team as a Strategic Project Manager At Spectre Consulting , we are shaping the new era of digital finance. We are seeking a Strategic Project Manager to lead the execution of our key projects, aligning them with our vision for expansion in Latin America. Your mission Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic technology and financial transformation projects, acting as the liaison between technical, financial, and executive departments. What you will do ️ Design and maintain schedules, milestones, KPIs, and dashboards for each project. Be the bridge between internal teams and technological or financial allies. Document key agreements, decisions, and deliverables. Identify risks and propose corrective action plans. Contribute to the strategic projection and prioritization of resources. Ensure alignment between projects and brand objectives. Prepare and present executive reports to senior management and international partners. What are we looking for? Education: Industrial Engineering, Administration, Finance, Economics, Systems Engineering or similar. Experience: + 4 years leading technology or fintech projects. Experience in digital banking, startups or blockchain. Knowledge of crypto ecosystems, digital payments, banking APIs, KYC/AML, and stablecoins. Experience coordinating external teams or partners. Key skills: Project management with Scrum, Agile, or hybrid methodologies. Executive communication and transversal leadership. Analytical thinking and strategic approach.
