**Hiring: Project Manager.**

**Position Summary**:
elev8.io is changing the game for Behavioral Health companies and is committed to helping our clientele close the gap between the millions suffering from addiction or mental health struggles.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain project plans using ClickUp across 15-20 clients.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, identifying potential issues and proposing solutions.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including preparing agendas and recording notes.
- Keep track of resource allocation and availability, optimizing team productivity.
- Conduct thorough reviews of project deliverables to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to prioritize and plan project tasks.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other data visualization tools to communicate key metrics and trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Track record as a project manager or in similar roles, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in agency environments, managing SEO and paid media projects is advantegous.
- Proficient in using ClickUp or other project management tools.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently.
- Availability to work regular business hours in EST.
