Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the US market for nearshore technology staffing solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand Fenix Project's client base in key US industries, focusing on businesses seeking cost-effective, high-quality technical talent.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients, acting as the face of Fenix Project and understanding their evolving technology staffing needs.
  • Present compelling proposals and articulate the value proposition of nearshore talent, emphasizing time zone alignment, cultural compatibility, and cost benefits for US companies.
  • Initiate and drive initial conversations with potential clients, bringing them to the table for further engagement with the CEO and legal team to finalize deals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and new opportunities within the US nearshore staffing market.
  • Manage sales pipeline, track progress, and report on key performance indicators.
  • Actively participate in industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities within the US tech and staffing sectors.

Requirements:

  • Proven previous business development experience, preferably within the IT staffing, recruitment, or nearshore/offshore services industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and secure new business opportunities and foster profitable relationships.
  • Professional fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, with excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to confidently represent the business to executives.
  • Strong understanding of the US business landscape and the challenges companies face in acquiring technical talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Solid and reliable internet connection suitable for consistent video calls and collaborative work.
  • Proficiency in GSuite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the technology talent market in Latin America or other nearshore regions relevant to US clients.
  • Familiarity with legal aspects of staffing agreements.
