As a Back Office Support your main responsibilities will be to:
- Update the Truckboard daily, which is the tool that shows the availability of drivers according to the information they provide us. Call the drivers that appear on the Truckboard as available for the current day or for previous days, each call must be documented in a report in which is indicated the phone number I contacted, the date and if the driver answered or not. Then in the Truckboard tool you enter to the driver's ¨profile¨ in which you can find the date for which it is available, place of departure and preferred destination, which are the data that I must update depending on what the driver indicates.
- We must make a total of 300 calls a day, which is the proposed goal.
**Requirements**:
- Studies: Technical education in administration or related fields.
- Language: English proficiency B2 in reading and writing. Fluent conversational skills are not required for this vacancy.
- At least six months of experience in administration, back-office agent or related fields.
Perks:
- The schedule would be from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm (We work by the American calendar),
