**Description**:
We are Hubtek, a young and innovative company that provides process optimization solutions to companies in the United States through Co-Managed Talent (Staffing) and Technology (Intelligent Automation). As a back-office, you will have the objective of supporting the administrative tasks related to our client's operational and accounting processes.
**Your main responsibilities will be to**:
- Process invoices for billing
- Claims Management
- Perform data entry of different types of documentation associated with the operational processes of our clients.
- Clean errors on the data to proceed with billing
- Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Invoice & PO Processing
**Requirements**:
**What would help you to succeed in this role**:
- Understanding the importance of time management
- Being service-oriented.
- Language: B2-C1 English proficiency.
- A minimum of six months of experience as a back office or customer service or working for North American companies.
- Attention to detail.
- Related careers in accounting and invoicing processes.
- Capable of performing repetitive tasks.
