We are Hubtek, a young and innovative company that provides process optimization solutions to companies in the United States through Co-Managed Talent (Staffing) and Technology (Intelligent Automation). As a Back-Office Support, you will have the objective of supporting the administrative tasks related to our client's operational and accounting processes.

**Some of your responsibilities will be**:

- Check customer portals for invoice's status
- Provide agents reports
- Escalate issues when necessary
- Collect payments from customers

**Requirements**:
**What would help you succeed**:

- Studies: High School Degree or desirable bachelor's Degree in an Administrative, Logistics or International Business career-related.
- Desirable experience or knowledge in customer service, administrative fields, back office or import and export, collections or related.
- Language: B2+ English proficiency, with good english skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.

**Perks**:

- The schedule would be from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (We work by the American calendar)
