Back Office Specialist

We are Hubtek, a young and innovative company that provides process optimization solutions to companies in the United States through Co-Managed Talent (Staffing) and Technology (Intelligent Automation). As a Back-Office Specialist, you will have the objective of supporting the administrative tasks related to our client's operational and accounting processes.
**Some of your responsibilities will be**:
- Transportation shipment data entry.
- Problem solving.
- Confirming shipments to initiate billing process.
- Process tickets made by customers, review histories and request documentation required to resolve tickets.
- Recognize and escalate any critical issues to management immediately.
**Requirements**:
**What would help you succeed**:
- Understand the importance of time management and being service-oriented.
- Studies: High School Degree, university student or desirable any Bachelor´s degree in International Business, Business Administration, or Logistics related.
- Language: B2-C1 English level. Being able to speak English fluently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Desirable experience in customer service, back office positions or excellent attitude with good English skills.
**Perks**:
- The schedule would be from Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (We work by the American calendar).
- In house at Wework Santafe in Medellin.
- Indefinite term contract.
