Si eres una persona apasionada por el servicio al cliente, destacas por tu habilidad para brindar soluciones oportunas a traves de una buena comunicación, y tienes experiência en logística y transporte, te estamos esperando

**Responsabilidades**:

- Cumplir objetivos cualitativos y cuantitativos personales/de equipo, como tiempos de respuesta, tasas de resolución de problemas y puntuaciones de satisfacción del cliente.
- Resolver los problemas y conflictos que puedan surgir durante los diferentes procesos mediante llamadas, chats y correos.
- Trabajar en equipo con los demás departamentos de la empresa para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.

**Requisitos**:

- Nível de inglés B2.
- Experiência previa en servicio al cliente.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y atención al detalle.
- Dominio de Microsoft Excel.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para solucionar problemas de manera rápida y eficiente.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y adaptarse a los cambios.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar fines de semana.
