World Business Lenders (WBL) provides general purpose short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to a broad customer base comprised of small and medium sized businesses throughout the United States that lack access to traditional funding.
This is a Contract/Consultant position. Generally, working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, although hours worked may be greater based upon operational requirements. The job requires excellent oral and written command of the English language. **Resumes must be submitted in English to be considered.**
**About the Job**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and analyze lead quality to improve campaign performance.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns and audience segmentations.
- Utilize HubSpot for campaign automation, workflow creation, and data analysis.
- Track and report conversion metrics using Google Analytics and Ads to measure ROI.
**Requirements**:
- Strong proficiency in HubSpot automation and campaign management.
- Hands-on experience tracking conversions in Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for campaign improvements.
- Experience in audience segmentation and targeted marketing strategies.
- Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.
