About the Company:
We are a full-service digital marketing agency, helping our clients with everything from managing paid marketing spend, email marketing, digital marketing strategy, SEO, assisting in marketplace optimization, Shopify development, and more.

What we are looking for:
We are searching for a Digital Marketing Manager, with a degree in Marketing, Business, or similar and more than 2+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads for e-commerce stores with physical products. Needs to have strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of eCommerce product management. The candidate will be in charge of the marketing strategy, resource allocation, managing digital marketers, and overseeing the performance of different accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and track performance marketing performance metrics
  • Collaborate with internal and external clients and partners
  • Manage marketing budget and show project ROI
  • Conduct daily checks on account/campaign KPIs, management of budget, and pacing
  • Perform ongoing bid strategy optimizations
  • Participate in reporting video calls and client-facing meetings as the paid performance expert
  • Candidate must be able to provide marketing reports on a regular basis.

Required skills:

  • 2+ years of experience managing paid ads on Facebook and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Experience with Google Data Studio, Power BI, or similar Business Intelligence and data visualization tools.
  • Advanced English skills. Candidate must be comfortable speaking and writing in English since there will be direct communication with clients.
  • Self-driven, highly organized, multi-tasker
  • Strong reporting communication skills
