**About the role**

**Focus Areas and deliverables**
- Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify areas where automation can deliver value.
- Analyze and document workflows, requirements, and process improvement opportunities.
- Translate business needs into detailed design specifications for automation developers.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring alignment and mutual understanding.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather insights, validate designs, and ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, timelines, and outcomes.
- Solution Design and Collaboration:

- Create functional designs and workflows for automation solutions within ServiceNow HRSD and UiPath.
- Work closely with developers to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Identify scalable and sustainable automation strategies aligned with business goals.
- Citizen Development and Technical Growth:

- Gain hands-on experience with ServiceNow and UiPath to design and develop smaller-scale solutions.
- Transition from a business analyst to a hybrid citizen developer, building and deploying automations directly.
- Continuously learn and grow technical skills to take on end-to-end solution ownership.
- Stay Updated on Emerging Trends:

- Stay informed about advancements in intelligent automation, ServiceNow, UiPath, conversational AI, and related technologies.
- Share knowledge and best practices with team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stakeholder Training and Adoption:

- Support stakeholders in understanding and adopting new automated workflows and systems.
- Actively promote the value of automation and educate teams on its benefits.

**Required skills/experience**
- Proven experience in business analysis, especially within ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) or similar platforms.
- Strong skills in gathering and documenting requirements, process mapping, and creating functional designs.
- Familiarity with automation tools like UiPath or other RPA platforms.
- Eagerness to grow technical skills and transition into a citizen developer role.
- Experience configuring and building solutions in ServiceNow or UiPath - not essential, desirable.
- Knowledge of HR operations and processes, would be an advantage - not essential, desirable.
