As we scale our operations, we are seeking a **Human Resources Director **with a profound understanding of Organizational Psychology, exceptional analytical skills, and a track record of success in leading HR functions within high-growth environments.

- You’ll develop, implement, and measure workplace motivation and reward systems, quality of work life assessment, structure of work and human factors, and organizational development.

**What Expertise You’ll Need**:

- 10+ years experience in Human Resources
- Graduate degree in Organizational Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Psychology (general), Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience using HR systems and data analytics to gain insights, identify trends, and drive data-driven decision-making to develop and optimize HR and business processes and programs to align with company objectives.
- Experience developing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure HR effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills at the executive level, with a focus on sharing relevant analytics.
