**Junior Chief of Staff**

**Position Overview**:
The Junior Chief of Staff will be an integral part of our team, supporting various functions including human resources operations, accounting, project management, account management, and administrative tasks. This role requires a versatile individual who can adapt to various responsibilities and contribute to the smooth operation of our HR and finance departments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with project management tasks, including coordinating schedules, managing deadlines, and tracking progress.
- Support HR operations
- Assist with accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.
- Manage client accounts and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency

**Required Skills**:

- 4+ years of experience supporting project management, HR operations, and/or accounting.
- Experience with bookkeeping and/or accounting preferred. CPA certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRMs such as Hubspot is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when needed.
- Advanced proficiency in English.

**Required Experience**:
Mid-Level (3-5 years)
