My VA Support is looking for a Human Resources Analyst with a high English level (C1) to work 20 hours per week (WORK FROM HOME).

**Working time**:

- Official working hours often are Monday to Friday, From 9:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. Miami, FL schedule. (depending on the client needs) only 45 hour per week.

**Main responsibilities**: Some of your responsibilities as a Human Resources Analyst will be:

- Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employee status
- Maintain organizational charts with detailed job descriptions and salary records
- Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
- Process and respond to employee queries in a timely manner

**Skills required**:

- CRM experience (zoho Preferred)
- Microsoft products like Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Microsoft Office)
- GOOGLE apps such as gmail, meets, docs, excel, forms, slides, among others, and you feel comfortable using them.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills - must be able to multitask and prioritize

**Compensation: COLOMBIAN PESOS**
- Monthly Payment $1.500.000 COP

**Requirements**:

- Have your own device, headset and a High Internet speed of +100 MB
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or relevant field is required
- Proven work experience as an HR specialist or HR Generalist
