We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Technology to lead our company's technology initiatives and drive innovation across our organization. The Director of Technology will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of technology solutions that align with our business objectives and support our growth and expansion plans.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the company's technology strategy in alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of technology professionals, including software engineers, IT specialists, and project managers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and requirements and translate them into actionable plans and solutions.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of scalable and reliable technology solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement in our technology infrastructure and systems.
- Establish and enforce technology standards, policies, and procedures to ensure security, compliance, and data privacy.
- Manage technology budgets, resources, and vendor relationships effectively to optimize ROI and minimize risks.
- Stay current with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in technology management and governance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in technology leadership roles, with at least 8 years of experience in software development and IT management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
- Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource management.
- Ability to drive change and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the technology organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Passion for technology innovation and a commitment to driving business value through technology.
