**Responsibilities**: - Gather data needed to create and complete project plans, which includes the work breakdown structure and project schedule. - Collect project performance data to help track project issues and track resolutions. - Keep track of progress on project deliverables, as well as approved changes. - Ensure project documents such as the project charter, communication plan and risk management plans are updated as necessary. **Qualifications**: - Previous relevant experience preferred **Education**: - Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience - English advance level Service Readiness analyst responsible for the delivery of personal and/or group Book of Work for all service readiness functions within the region, covering PVT and post implementation stabilization Planning and Organizing: keep track of all aspects of an initiative to track GAPs and issues in order to get fixes if there is any Support training sessions and development of training and commercialization materials - **Job Family Group**: Operations - Core - **Job Family**: Operations Project Management - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
