As a Tax Analyst, you will provide financial and control expertise to Global Business Service in Colombia, benchmarking KPIs while working with other finance professionals to understand the drivers of financial performance, identifying trends relevant to the business. In this role you will study business performance, including financial modelling to forecast the impacts and risks, and recommend areas for continuous improvement.

**This position reports to**:
Finance Specialist - Accounts Receivable

**Your responsibilities**:

- Activities on the tax side.
- Follow-up on balance sheet reconciliations and results.
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable support.
- Support in audits and support in activities in Turbo Systems.
- Communicating information to relevant stakeholder groups to support corrective action plans.
- Helping to prepare financial reporting, business planning, budgeting and forecasting documents and presentations.
- Optimizing performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplication and coordinating information requirements.
- Establishing and overseeing processes and tools to obtain transparent and reliable financial data and business information.
- Maintaining audit trails and documentation for future audits and reviews.
- Ensuring timely and efficient communication with controllers and the Accounting team to identify and discuss issues and suggestions for improvement.

**Your background**:

- 2 to 3 years of experience in an accounting or financial analyst role.
- Experience with computerized accounting systems and financial reporting software, including ERP, SAP.
- Knowledge and management of taxes (desirable).
- Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, conditional).
- Management of the financial part (IFRS - USGAAP essential)
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business (with accounting and financial knowledge).
- Intermediate English.
