**Acerca de la posición**:
Nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Service Desk Analyst para sumar a nuestro equipo:
**Zona de trabajo**: Bogotá, Colombia.

**Horario de trabajo**: Lunes a viernes 8am a 5pm (amplia disponibilidad para trabajar luego horario y sábados eventualmente en caso de ser requerido).

**Tipo de contrato**: Tiempo indefinido.

**Propósito de la posición**:
Este puesto es responsable del Service Desk de la cuenta. Generará informes en la plataforma de mantenimiento para garantizar que ninguna orden de trabajo quede desatendida y que todas estén correctamente asignadas al proveedor de servicios correspondiente y / o miembro del equipo.

**Responsabilidades**:
Administrar la plataforma de mantenimiento.
Coordinar y supervisar que todas las rutinas de mantenimiento del equipo en el sitio estén actualizadas y correctamente cargadas en el sistema.
Asegúrese de que todos los perfiles del equipo estén actualizados y correctamente cargados en el sistema.
Coordinar, dar seguimiento y cerrar todas las órdenes de trabajo de servicio de los ocupantes.
Supervisar la preparación y presentación de informes mensuales, trimestrales y anuales al cliente
Generar informes de operación
Promover la creación de órdenes de trabajo identificadas

**Requisitos**:
1-2 años de experiência en atención de usuarios internos/externos.
Estudiante o graduado de carreras como Administración de empresas o afines.
Habilidad en atención al cliente.
Amplia disponibilidad para trabajar luego horario y sábados eventualmente en caso de ser requerido.
