**About the Role**
**What you will do**:

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-caliber talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Proactively research and stay updated on global talent trends, market conditions, and industry developments to refine sourcing strategies.
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and talent needs across.
- Track and report on competitor talent pools, salary benchmarks, and recruitment trends globally.
- Ability to build a workload in a strategic way

**What you bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in a recruiting or sourcing role, with experience in global talent sourcing across various industries.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools, platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media), and Boolean search techniques.
- Experience in managing global recruitment initiatives and understanding the differences in talent markets.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
