**We will count on you to**:

- Partner and collaborate with Talent Acquisition Consultants and hiring managers to understand future recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies

**What you need to have**:

- BA (any field including IT), Psychology or Pedagogy
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience leading as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer throughout all levels in the organization
- Thorough understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional analytical and proactive skills
- Experience and Interest in partening with internal stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines with can-do attitude
- Strong ability to communicate effectively - both verbally and in writing - in English and Spanish

**What makes you stand out**:

- Experience of using Phenom would be advantageous but is not essential
- Recruitment experience gained from within the Insurance market, Professional Services or Consulting
