Purpose_**

Accountabilities_**:

- Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank

relationships, systems and knowledge.
- The Sourcer will carry out the following tasks, however, it is not limited exclusively to:
Sourcing CVs for the different position to recruit

As part of the sourcing process this person will be in charge of the different alliances with

Scheduling interviews, following up during the recruitment process, and updating employee

records.

Upload job vacancies on the different job portals

Handle records and paperwork

Support with accomplishment of the hiring goals

Resolve issues as fast as possible (e.g. interview cancellations)

Any other activity that is generated in the fulfillment of the objectives of the position or area.
- Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and

decisions.
- Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas in accordance with

Scotiabank’s Values, its Code of Conduct and the Global Sales Principles, while ensuring the adequacy,

adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to

operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions and conduct risk.
- Champions a high performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment.

Education / Experience

Bachelor degree or student of last semester, of Psychology, Business Administration or related careers. Previous experience in identification and support to selection processes of 6 months, for waves and specialized processes.
