What You'll Do

  • Attend all intake meetings with recruiters and hiring managers to determine the specific requirements for each position.
  • Conduct extensive market research to determine the most effective search strategy.
  • Market mapping of function-specific talent pools.
  • Identify qualified prospect profiles using basic and advanced sourcing techniques (i.e., LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray, Boolean).
  • SOBO outreach via email and LinkedIn to prospects.
  • Measure and track personal funnel conversion rates.

What We're Looking For

  • A proven track record in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment, with a strong focus on delivering an excellent candidate experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative and proactive mindset, eager to work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to build and execute effective sourcing strategies.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Fluent English with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels.
