**Sales Representative - Trans-Pro Logistics**
**Location**: Medellin | **Type**: Full-Time, Permanent | **Hours**: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm

We’re looking for talented, entrepreneurial sales professionals who are motivated by results and ready to make an impact.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Connect with potential clients through cold calling, prospecting, and pipeline building
- Sell Trans-Pro’s full range of logistics services across North America and Mexico
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve client issues efficiently
- Support team efforts in negotiating with shippers and carriers
- Track your own KPIs and contribute to team goals

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Professional-level English (spoken and written)
- Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven attitude
- Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills
- Problem-solving abilities and customer-focused approach
- Previous experience in 3PL is a plus
