We're looking for a highly skilled **Pricing & Quotation Specialist**responsible for preparing accurate and compelling quotations for potential and existing clients. An analytical mindset is essential to success in this position. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and numerical skills.

You'll be working alongside the sales team and other departments to ensure the timely and precise delivery of quotations that align with the company's pricing strategies and objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reviewing customer inquiries and determining the appropriate products and pricing in the quotation.
- Conduct cost analysis to determine the pricing of goods.
- Build strong relationships with vendors.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide additional information as needed.
- Gather information and data from various departments, such as sales or shipping.
- Follow up on quotations and modify quotes as necessary.
- Consistently demonstrates superior customer service by combining system knowledge, sales, product, and problem-solving skills to exceed customer expectations.
- Prepare and submit quotations to potential customers in a timely manner.
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure that the quotation meets the customer's needs and expectations.
- Able to understand macroeconomic trends
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all quotations and related activities.
- Provide feedback to the sales team on customer needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the quotation process.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and changes to pricing or product offerings.

Ability to commute/relocate:
