**Position: Full-time.**

- **Location: Hybrid (Medellín)**

- **Experience: 2-3 years preferable.**

- **Salary: 900 - 1000 USD (Negotiable)**

- **English level: B2 or Higher.**

  • **ENGLISH CURRICULUM IS A MUST**

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Process purchase orders after orders are confirmed and completed.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing vendors and suppliers.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize margins on each deal.
  • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and products.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate reordering based on demand.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align purchasing with company needs.
  • Resolve any issues related to orders, shipments, or vendor relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, purchase orders, and pricing agreements.

**Qualifications & Skills**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle a high-volume workload.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software/tools.
  • Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to company processes and take ownership of the role.
