We are looking for a **Strategic Sourcing & Quotation Analyst** to support our fast-growing operations by managing supplier relationships and coordinating accurate and timely quotations for customer inquiries. This role plays a crucial part in both the **pre-sale quoting process** and the **post-sale procurement and vendor management**. We are especially looking for someone who can **build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with vendors and suppliers**, both in the U.S. and internationally. Prior experience in **sales** or **customer-facing roles** is a strong plus, as this position requires both commercial and interpersonal skills. You should have **demonstrated experience creating product quotations for both small and large orders**, and be confident managing communications and follow-ups with **international vendors and suppliers**. **Location**: Hybrid - Medellín (2 days in office) **Schedule**: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM **Salary**: $900 up to $1,000 USD per month **Contract Type**: Contractor (Prestación de servicios) **Language Requirement**: B2+ English level or higher (Fluent) **Experience**: 1+ years in purchasing, procurement, sales, or sales quoting **English CV required** **Key Responsibilities** - Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain optimal pricing and availability. - Build and nurture long-term relationships with suppliers and vendors across different regions. - Prepare accurate and timely product quotations for the sales team based on customer specifications. - Manage quotations for both small and large product orders across multiple categories. - Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirements. - Track deliveries, resolve supplier issues, and ensure deadlines are met. - Maintain updated records of vendor contacts, pricing, and product availability. - Collaborate closely with the sales, finance, and logistics teams to ensure end-to-end fulfillment. - Analyze historical data and market trends to support cost-saving initiatives. - Identify alternative sourcing options when necessary to meet urgent or budget-sensitive needs. - Communicate fluently with U.S. and international vendors using your bilingual (English/Spanish) skills. **What We're Looking For** - 1+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, quoting, or sales. - Demonstrated experience handling product quotations and supplier communication. - Experience managing both small and large order requests with international vendors. - Advanced English proficiency (B2+ minimum). - Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. - Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and purchasing documentation. - High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure. - Problem-solving mindset and collaborative approach. - Previous experience working with U.S.based companies is a plus. - Must be based in Medellín or able to commute 2 days a week to the office.
