**Position: Full-time.**
- **Location: Hybrid (Medellín)**:

- **Experience: 2-3 years preferable.**:

- **Salary: 900 - 1000 USD (Negotiable)**:

- **English level: B2 or Higher.**:

- **ENGLISH CURRICULUM IS A MUST**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process purchase orders after orders are confirmed and completed.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize margins on each deal.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and products.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate reordering based on demand.
- Work closely with internal teams to align purchasing with company needs.
- Resolve any issues related to orders, shipments, or vendor relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, purchase orders, and pricing agreements.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle a high-volume workload.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software/tools.
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to company processes and take ownership of the role.
