Premise está creciendo y estamos buscando incorporar un **Practicante de Recursos Humanos** a nuestro equipo de alto rendimiento. El/la practicante será responsable de apoyar en los procesos clave del área, asegurando las necesidades del negocio mediante la gestión y análisis de datos relacionados con los colaboradores. Este rol es ideal para quienes buscan desarrollarse en un entorno dinámico y contribuir a proyectos que impactan directamente la organización.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Apoyar en procesos de selección: publicación de ofertas, filtro de hojas de vida y coordinación de entrevistas.
- Gestionar documentación para contrataciones, afiliaciones a seguridad social y procesos de ingreso de nuevos colaboradores.
- Colaborar en la elaboración y revisión de nómina, incluyendo novedades y liquidaciones.
- Apoyar en las actividades de bienestar organizacional.

**Requisitos**:

- Estudiante de Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Finanzas o afines, habilitado para firmar contrato de aprendizaje.
- Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas (Excel intermedio es un plus).
- Interés en procesos de Recursos Humanos y facilidad para el trabajo en equipo.
- Habilidades de organización, atención al detalle y capacidad de aprendizaje rápido.

**Modalidad**:

- Híbrido: 3 días oficina / 2 días casa - Bogotá
