**Description and Requirements**:
**HR Intern - Bogotá**

We’re looking for someone proactive, agile, and eager to learn. Join us and gain hands-on experience while contributing to real projects that make an impact.

The position requires the intern to be **located in Bogotá.**

Responsibilities will include administrative support for HR area, in processes such as:

- Preparation of hiring processes with NEO
- Labor contract creation
- Assistance in event implementation
- SGSST activities (Law 2764, 2022)
- Wellbeing initiatives (special days, birthdays)
- Requirements:

- Current university student - careers such as: Business Administration, Psychology or Industrial Engineer with clear interest in HR.
- English level - intermediate
- Excel level - intermediate
- Location: Bogotá
